We’re looking for a fabulous Social Media Creator to work within the Brand Team and to manage The Perfume Shop (TPS) TV, TikTok and Bambuser channels.
What you’ll do
- Lead the planning, creation, and editing of engaging content across TikTok, TPS TV (YouTube), and Bambuser, including scripting, storyboarding, and overseeing all production aspects.
- Act as the face of The Perfume Shop across live shows and TikTok, hosting with guests and experts to promote products and drive customer engagement.
- Develop original ideas and proposals aligned with the social strategy, collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to execute content that meets commercial and brand objectives.
- Track KPIs, produce performance reports, and adapt strategies based on data, competitor activity, and social trends to optimise content effectiveness.
- Support brand/PR events and in-store visits, manage community interactions on social platforms, and ensure customer engagement and responsiveness.
What you’ll bring
- Must be a confident, engaging, and creative presenter with a fun personality that shines on camera, ideally with experience in video hosting or live streaming (TikTok/YouTube).
- A people-person who works well with teams, takes direction positively, and can present ideas and feedback to stakeholders effectively.
- Innovative thinking, on-screen vision, and a customer-first mindset to content creation and presentation.
- Able to manage multiple projects, stay organised under pressure, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Relevant experience (preferably in retail, TV, or digital media), strong social media knowledge (especially TikTok/YouTube), and skills in smartphone editing, writing, and Microsoft Office.
