    As our policy and public affairs executive key responsibilities

    • Engaging with MPs and organising events at political party conferences
    • Leading on our flagship 35 Hours of Volunteering Leave campaign
    • Tracking government decisions and ensuring young people’s voices are heard
    • Help write briefings and updates for our senior leaders

    What we are looking for in our Policy and Public Affairs Executive

    • Communicates clearly and confidently both in writing and in person
    • Is organised, great with people, and thrives on variety
    • Has some experience in politics, policy, or public affairs
    • Enjoys supporting young people and working with purpose
    • Is highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadline
