We currently have a great opportunity for a detailed orientated Data Administrator to join our planning team, responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining various data into different computer systems and databases.

This role would ideally suit someone who has a keen interest in working with data, and managing large volumes of data efficiently.

The role

  • Maintain and update data input into our D365 system to ensure accurate and consistent product and operational data.
  • Manage data import/export processes and assist with data migration tasks.
  • Regularly clean and audit data to identify discrepancies, duplication, or outdated information.
  • Accurately input data into relevant systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure data is kept up to date and check for discrepancies or errors in existing data.
  • Verify data accuracy and resolve any inconsistencies or errors.
  • Cross-check and validate incoming data for completeness and accuracy before entry.
  • Assist in generating routine reports or summaries based on the data entered.
  • Process incoming information or documents and convert them into a digital format for storage or analysis.
  • Ensure that all digital and physical documents are properly organised, stored, and easily accessible.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure data accuracy and smooth workflow.
  • Flag anomalies identified, liaising with data providers and suppliers for missing data and rectify the issues
  • Other administrative duties as requested.

The person

  • Previous experience with a similar Data administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Able to identify errors or inconsistencies and make corrections.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised with ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Self-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid IT skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and database management.
