You have the degree, now it’s time to put the theory into practice. We are looking for a Graduate Marketing Executive to help us deliver an international communications plan. From day one, you’ll be involved in real campaigns, real projects, and make a real impact.

    Reporting to the Head of Group Communications, you will be part of a growing and experienced marketing team, that has your happiness and success at heart. You will help shape and drive engaging communications to internal and external audiences, to promote the Group’s culture, ethics, products and services.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Write engaging content for blogs, social media posts and website pages
    • Create short videos and reels designed to boost views and shares.
    • Plan and schedule campaigns across social media channels.
    • Create clear briefs for internal and external creative teams, support the creative process from concept to delivery.
    • Working with the team, keep the Group website up-to-date and easy to navigate.
    • Monitor trends and track campaign performance to shape what comes next.
    • Champion the corporate brand styles in all marketing initiatives and campaigns.
    • Collaborate on the concept, development and planning of marketing strategies and tactical programmes.
    • Proactively learn the businesses values, products and services and develop relationships to build knowledge and capture relevant content.

    About you

    • A recent UK Graduate with a 2:1 or above in Marketing, Business, English or a related subject.
    • An interest in content creation and copywriting.
    • Highly organised, with the ability to priorities and manage multiple projects.
    • An enthusiastic and proactive work ethic and the ability to remain positive under pressure.
    • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Accurate proof reading skills and good attention to detail.
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 Software.
