We have our own dedicated teams in Manchester, Dubai, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore, and we partner with strategic universities worldwide to combine our expertise, deliver impact, and make a difference locally, nationally and internationally.

As one of the first civic universities in the UK, equity and diversity is part of who we are and what we do. Through our ambitious expansion in flexible learning, we will enable transformative learning regardless of - place, pace and pathway. Our high-quality education is designed to meet world challenges and employability goals and ensures our students and organisational partners benefit from the best teaching, learning and technological advances in a way that is engaging, enriching, and impactful.

    About the role

In a time-challenged world, dominated by TikToks, shorts and reels, how can we make our content stand out? We are looking for a motivated, creative, and resourceful Content Assistant with a passion for developing and delivering timely, value-adding content for each stage of a student journey. The Content Assistant will support the development and production of targeted content for a range of channels including website, email, brochures, video channels, paid social, display campaigns and third-party sites, promoting the University’s online and blended learning courses, and driving student recruitment. You will demonstrate excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, attention to detail, proficiency in creating multimedia content (ideally in Adobe Creative Cloud) and placing the students at the heart of everything.

This is an exciting time to join The University of Manchester, drive our flexible learning agenda and make a difference!
