The role
We are seeking to appoint a Team Administrator to provide administrative and operational support for the MCRC Strategic Operations Team and high priority projects. The post holder will support and help to underpin varied activities across the MCRC and their partners, working collaboratively and flexibly. The role will have the opportunity to split time between working in our modern offices in Withington and working from home. Experience of working in a business or executive support environment, working with various office systems and applications, and co-ordinating events would be crucial to the role and previous experience of diary management and travel booking would be advantageous.

Essential skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English or relevant work experience
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and solutions orientated
- Demonstratable experience of using own initiative to complete tasks
- Proficient in organising multi-stakeholder meetings
- Computer literate with good knowledge of the Microsoft office 365 package
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good attention to detail and an ability to demonstrate a high-level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while working to deadlines
- Ability to work well within a team as well as on individual projects
- Proven ability to deal with sensitive and confidential issues with tact and discretion
- Proven ability to work flexibly to support the requirements of a team
- Experience of organising hybrid meetings (part in office, part virtual)
