Key responsibilities
- To be responsible for the audit trail for change management and user security.
- To investigate, communicate and resolve issues effectively reported by stakeholders; users, other team members and/or other departments.
- To assist with the provision of user access to the applications by following the security change procedures; maintaining the monthly audit process; assisting with the six-monthly internal security review; and other ad hoc user security queries.
- To carry out testing of the applications changes to ensure new features meet user requirements and existing functionality is unaffected; to run the regression test plan after software updates; and other ad hoc testing requirements.

About you
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
- Good communicator with the ability to understand user issues and explain the solutions in both verbal and written forms.
- Excellent report writing skills and able to write requirements, test plans and user documentation.
- Ability to interpret data, establish solutions and identify the root cause of an issue.
- Proficient in MS 365 – Excel, Word, SharePoint, power BI, VBA & SQL. Experience of systems changes implementation and testing is an advantage.
- Experience of Cognos Controller, TM1 or BI an advantage but not essential.
