Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated graduate to join our Group Finance team in the summer of 2023. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career with a forward-thinking company, committed to targeted learning programs and development opportunities.
Your core experience will be gained in Group Finance where you will have exposure to technical, reporting, treasury, and governance areas.
During your training contract, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of functions, including Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, Financial Systems, Sustainability, Corporate Development, or Investor Relations in a training program developed to support your interests and career ambitions. There is also potential to work in one of our global locations, in partnership with one of Weir’s divisions.
You will develop your skills in a professional, supportive and inclusive work environment based at our Glasgow office. The Group offers flexible working. Weir Work Smart is our approach to how and where we work and is underpinned by a set of key principles.
