How will you make an impact?

As a marketing intern, you will be partnering with the divisional marketing team to support the execution of the marketing plans. You will implement marketing campaigns for the prioritized segments, taking into customer personas, business goals, and competitor plays. You will:

  • Implement tactical action plans that drive growth in key channels and customer segments
  • Support lead generation and sales activation programs that result in sales and long term customer satisfaction
  • Develop messaging and tools that communicate the value/brand directly to customers through multiple channels
  • Provide regular oral and written communication of metrics, successes, failures to improve the overall operating efficiency of the team

About you

Education

  • Student currently enrolled in classes leading to an accredited Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in business or chemistry

Experience

  • Requires a minimum of 0-2 years related work experience.
  • Proficient with computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or like programs.

Knowledge, skills & abilities 

  • Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in Marketing
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communications skills
  • Demonstrates a professional rapport with customers and co-workers
  • Demonstrate a positive demeanor and desire to succeed
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics
  • Minimal travel may be required (up to 5%)
