What you will do
- Write, edit and maintain technical documentation, including online help systems, release notes and other types of technical documentation
- Collaborate with development teams, product managers and subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical documentation
- Develop and maintain style guides, templates and other documentation standards
- Continuously improve documentation processes and procedures.
- Review and revise documentation for consistency, clarity and accuracy.
Who you are
- A recent or upcoming Graduate with a passion for technology
- Someone with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Someone with excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, including spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Someone with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Someone with strong experience in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
