Our Marketing team collaborates internationally and across disciplines and offices to tell great stories that resonate with potential clients. We thrive when we look beyond the obvious and find fresh ways to connect with clients. As part of our team, you will support offices throughout the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Australia by preparing a wide variety of proposals, prequalification documents, PowerPoint presentations and more. You'll work closely with our technical staff to find the best way to present our capabilities. What you'll do
- Work with the marketing manager and marketing coordinators to prepare responses to RFPs/RFQs and assemble high-quality custom packages and presentations.
- With supervision, organise, update and format marketing collateral (CVs, project sheets, project lists, etc.), while maintaining consistency, quality and corporate branding.
- Update and maintain various marketing logs and databases.
- Establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with senior management and Marketing, Communications and Business Development teams.
- Assist with the coordination of local, marketing-related activities such as internal and external events.
- Some travel may be required.
Tools you'll need
- Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of marketing experience with a professional services firm, AEC (architecture / engineering / construction) industry preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team, using time management and prioritisation skills.
- Solid writing and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt to different communication styles.
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint. Awareness of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, OpenAsset, and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
