    About the role

    We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join the marketing arm of the MAN v FAT HQ team. This role will play a key part in optimising use of our marketing budget to build our national membership base. You will also support us to build the profile of the MAN v FAT brand and to celebrate the successes of our incredible community.

    Like all roles at MAN v FAT, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging. We don’t like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role and it gives our people the chance to play to their strengths.

    A typical day as our Performance Marketing Executive might include:-

    • Using your knowledge of performance marketing (including A/B testing, personalisation and customer journey flows) to lead the work on our digital marketing strategy. You will create, optimise and grow ad campaigns on key social platforms and on paid search, to attract relevant audiences- Working with our Head of Marketing and data teams to analyse campaign results, report on insights and use this information to continually evolve our marketing strategy
    • Liaising with our Head of Marketing to manage the MAN v FAT marketing budget across the financial year to optimise return on investment.
    • Working with our digital team to optimise our conversion rates throughout our sign-up and onboarding process (e.g by building campaign landing pages and analysing SEO and keyword opportunities), to create a best in class process
    • Building on regular feedback from the MAN v FAT community to identify what makes our programme successful and tailor our messaging to suit
    • Supporting with wider marketing efforts across MAN v FAT to support efforts outside of the digital sphere, including work with our PR agency to celebrate the achievements of our male community

    To work with us in this role, you will need to be a personable, confident person who has experience in using a marketing budget to grow audiences and using the power of community to retain members.

    Relevant understanding of performance marketing and growing an emerging brand would be beneficial, along with knowledge of advertising campaign platforms and familiarity with other tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Power Automate and Hotjar
