What you’ll do

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling written content across a wide range of sectors including hospitality, professional services, retail, and more. Key responsibilities

  • Develop and write high-quality educational content that meets the purpose and style guidelines of Thrive Learning
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and Learning Designers to ensure content accuracy and relevance
  • Adapt tone and style to suit different industries and audiences
  • Edit and revise existing content based on feedback and updates in sector-specific knowledge
  • Work closely with the team to integrate written content with visual elements
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with new ideas for content strategies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to ensure content is relevant and engaging

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a copywriter or related role, with a portfolio of work
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging text suitable for educational purposes
  • Strong research skills and the ability to adapt to various industries and topics
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
