But, if you are one of those people who enjoy operating in a meritocracy, whose strongest motivation comes from within, sees challenges as a reason for excitement and not fear, and would rather have control over what you earn than it be based on tenure, then this job could be for you.

    Who are we?

We are a high-end search business that creates revenue by sourcing high-calibre investment and technology individuals for the leadership teams of investment management businesses. We do this by harnessing the written and verbal English language.

We are a value-driven company based in the heart of London. We utilize technology and take a systematic approach to what we do. Everyone in the business champions our culture of collaboration, ideas sharing and continuous improvement.

Now five years old, with year-on-year growth that has surpassed our imaginations, we are looking for the next superstar for our team. You will be joining a fast-growing company early on its growth path, which will allow you to have a high impact on the business and high autonomy from day one.

People who excel with us tend to have an aptitude for lateral thinking and problem solving, are intrinsically motivated to do excellent work, have a natural aptitude to use the verbal and written English word, and are no-ego, sociable people, who enjoy working as a high-performing team.

As of January 2023, you’ll undertake a nine-month programme working towards building your skillset and equipping you with the tools and expertise you will need to build a career here. You will need to think laterally and innovatively, conducting research on companies and individuals to identify the most suitable professionals to interact with. You will combine your research with bespoke, well-crafted content and data-driven, direct marketing techniques to initiate conversations and bring people to the table. Over time you will foster long-term business relationships with these people.

You will spend a good portion of your time meeting with people in person, on the phone and via video, assessing whether they possess the skills, experience, and expertise our clients are looking for.

You will be given responsibility and autonomy from day one, with unmatched support from the leadership and wider team. You will be challenged to continually learn and improve, with a clear and fast-growth career path ahead of you.
