Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure TaP Music socials are kept up to date with all client updates and releases in a timely manner
- Update clients' digital statistics on a weekly basis to enable internal growth tracking
- Translate ideas into a readable plan we can share with management/labels/artists
- Help Digital team with compiling bi-weekly and monthly reports
- Assist with cross-posting across developing acts' social profiles
- Front of house support; greet guests on arrival, prepare meeting rooms and offer refreshments
- Monitor TaP website inbox daily; use initiative to reply to enquiries or forward to relevant staff
- Provide general support to wider team; book taxis and couriers, filing, scanning, post office runs etc.
- Maintain supplies of office essentials; toilet roll, tea/coffee, milk, stationery, cleaning products, water etc.
- Assist with setting up office sound system and conference equipment ahead of meetings and video calls
- Take stock of artist merchandise and physical media arriving to office; arrange storage accordingly
- Collate roster updates to be circulated internally on a bi-weekly newsletter
- Run the booking diaries for office meeting rooms and TaP recording studio
- Keep internal creative database up to date with new contacts as directed
- Organise and redistribute inbound office post for TaP staff and clients
- Manage and continually update new release schedule across roster
- Listen to and share knowledge of new artists and potential clients
- Shadow internal meetings with key music industry contacts • Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as directed by wider team
Person specification
- Passionate about music with the desire to progress in the industry
- Highly organised, maintaining meticulous attention to detail at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential to success in the role
- Thorough knowledge of social media platforms and awareness of the latest social media trends
- Conscientious work ethic; responds positively to instruction and demonstrates commitment to the role
- Flexible approach to work; anticipates what needs to be done, adapts and multi-tasks to meet deadlines
- Shows enthusiasm when undertaking routine tasks, as well as the more varied aspects of the role
- Good IT skills; confident using MS Office, Apple software and cloud storage platforms
- Photoshop/Premiere skills beneficial though not crucial • Experience of using Discord servers an added bonus
