    About Lemon8

    Lemon8 is a lifestyle content-sharing app featuring photos and videos in various categories including beauty, fashion, food, travel, home, fitness, pets, and more. Users can discover beautiful, authentic, and diverse content and interact with like-minded users to create a youthful community. Lemon8 offers ease of viewing with its double-column feed, and provides personalized content recommendations based on users preferences. Lemon8 currently operates in Japan, the SEA region (Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam), the UK and the US.

    We are looking for a talented, hard-working individual to join the Lemon8 project, supporting the development of the UK Creator Community. This will be a multifaceted role with a chance to be part of a brand-new ByteDance app. This is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and already has an understanding of the UK market.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the end-to-end creator partnership establishment including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, content delivery, and quality, report and analysis
    • Use data to identify uprising creators; attract and cultivate strong connections and relationships with the creators in order to develop and scale creator partnership programs for Lemon8.
    • Analyze creators' content & performance and propose innovative solutions to help creators achieve platform success
    • Demonstrate product expertise and educate creators on our best practices to help them accelerate their growth and ensure creator deliverables meet business expectations
    • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to help shape the approach to content and influencer strategy

    Qualifications:

    • Recently graduated or currently enrolled in an undergraduate course in marketing, communications, the arts (including fashion/beauty), or in a similar field
    • Available from the beginning of September 2024
    • Familiarity with marketing computer software; i.e Canva, MailChimp, Excel, and confident with data research
    • Good understanding of social media; aware of the latest trends in social media and ability to craft engaging marketing content
    • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Creative thinker with demonstrated problem-solving skills
    • Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
