    Within This Role, You Will

    • Support the regional Physical Security team with key programmes and projects, including workplace security, event security, travel risk management, and emergency response.
    • As required, update and maintain key documentation, including risk assessments and office procedures.
    • Provide administrative support, including document storage and version control.
    • Gather and collate information and data on incidents to identify patterns that support the further development of risk mitigation solutions.
    • Support new office projects, including maintaining trackers and assisting with tasks.
    • Support Travel Risk Managers to develop tailored security briefs.
    • Assist with emergency management, including note-taking during crisis management events.
    • Work closely with the Physical Security team members to broaden your knowledge of key security risk management principles and business processes.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree graduating in 2023.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to analyse and articulate complex ideas and technical subject matter.
    • Experience in creating impactful and user-friendly documents and presentations.
    • Ability to review and present data to different audiences.
    • Collaborative mindset and enjoys being part of a team.
    • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks while maintaining a professional image and approach.
