Our Solutions Architect Analysts play a vital role in supporting our Solutions Architects and Sales Leads, when winning new business and selling products to existing customers. You will play an important role in continuing to establish Tink in the market, whilst working with colleagues who will support you and help you grow - this is an unique opportunity to have a significant impact on our continued journey in the open banking and fintech space in the UK.
The role
As a Solutions Architect Analyst, you will become a technical product expert and an important stakeholder within the Tink organization. Your day-to-day activities will involve creating collateral e.g. demos, workflows, technical diagrams and working directly with large corporate banks, as well as fintech unicorns and startups. Our team’s main objective is to help these organisations understand how they can integrate to the Tink platform and create value for their customers.
Working in our customer facing team you will also be able to impact Tink’s overall product roadmap, together with our developers and product managers. They will rely on you to provide product feedback from our customers and bring them back into the organisation.
The role
- Supporting with the creation of strategic sales collateral e.g demos, workflows, technical diagrams etc.
- Ownership of technical/functional aspects of client RFPs
- Day to day collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the entire sales process from project qualification, to RFI/RFP and solution architecture workshops
- Collaborate with local Business Development and Account Managers to tailor each sales cycle to prospective and existing customers
- Responsible for helping large financial institutions, as well as fintech startups understand the many benefits open banking can offer their customers
- A source of Technical and Product expertise for clients, colleagues and prospects

- Beginner level design skills, experience using Figma is a bonus
- An interest in technology and APIs, a BSc in a STEM subject is a bonus
