We are looking for innovative, passionate and caring people to join our team and help us continue to build our success story! We're looking for a proactive and confident person to support our Account Managers for a 12 month placement as part of a university degree.

Core deliverable

  • Help the account managers to ensure delivery againstall targets set
  • Participate to the project management of theproduction and development of campaigns from brief to fulfilment
  • Have a contact with external suppliers in order toreceive quotes related to POS and digital materials
  • Be in touch with the internal teams, together withthe accounts managers, in order to brief and supervise their tasks in line withthe timings of the development and implementation of the campaign
  • Prepare internal briefs
  • Produce timing schedules for internal and externalparties and ensure they are followed or adjusted where necessary
  • Help also in operational tasks related to AccountDirector and Operations Director jobs - Identify key learning’s and share with colleagues

Skills & knowledge

  • Marketing/Digital degree
  • 6 months (or 1 year) in similar experience and/or role (desirable but not essential)
  • Proactivity and problem solving
  • Motivation to work in a multinational context
  • Proficient in MS word, Excel and PPT
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Happy to work in a fast paced environment across multiple projects
