As a Graduate Debt Capital Markets Analyst you will gain significant exposure to both internal and external stakeholders including banks, investors and rating agencies across a range of debt structures.

This is a varied role with exposure to all the Debt commitments for Together. The role holder will support both the execution of new debt facilities and the refinancing of existing facilities. You will be an excellent communicator and will build strong relationships within the sector.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support  the Debt Capital Markets Manager(s)  in the execution of alternative financing and refinancing options to diversify the group funding structure
  • Support the preparation of financial models, particularly in relation to securitisation rating agency criteria
  • Support the on-going management of existing debt facilities
  • Support the preparation of investor and due diligence reports and other stakeholder reporting
  • Partner with internal departments to provide reporting, resolve issues and work on cross functional projects
  • Assist with ensuring internal controls are properly maintained within the Treasury function
  • Build and maintain relationships with third parties (banks, investors, rating agencies)
  • Undertake the preparation of cash flow and rating agency models;
  • Build cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and work on cross-functional projects where necessary;
  • Adherence to internal controls within the Treasury function;
  • Provide analytical support on special projects within the Debt Capital Markets Team as appropriate;
  • Coordinate with the wider Treasury Team on collaborative processes.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Strong MS Excel Skills (including PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering, mathematics, finance or accounting
