    This particular role supports the Intermediary sales channel as well as the Group Channel Director. You will support with reporting as well as client and board packs so will need strong analytical skills and the ability to extract meaningful information from large data sets. Effective stakeholder engagement and management will be crucial in ensuring that reports and insights developed are relevant, actionable and support the delivery of the channel strategy.

    Job description

    • To develop and deliver comprehensive reports for the IR channel, leveraging data analytics to provide valuable insights that help drive informed business decisions and enhance the effectiveness of the IR channel
    • To collate Monthly MI & Stakeholder packs to a high standard ensuring collation and submission in a timely manner
    • To support the wider operational team & Senior Leadership Team with activities required to drive visibility, effectiveness & efficiency
    • To engage with external partners to gather feedback and information needed to support the delivery of channel initiatives
    • Support channel and Group channel Director with ad-hoc reporting in a timely manner
    • Work with the Intermediary SLT to review operational effectiveness of the channel. To implement process improvement and/ or changes needed to support the achievement of the departments objectives
    • To work closely with key internal stakeholders to support the delivery of any changes; marketing, products, change & underwriting
    • Represent the function within wider business meetings when required
    • To work independently/ as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines to deliver key activities

    Qualifications

    What we are looking for:

    • Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:2 degree; (You will have graduated in 2022 or 2023);
    • Have an interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
    • Able to commute to Cheadle on a daily basis; (the role is not remote and is based here Monday to Friday)
    • The drive and passion to succeed in an ambitious business;
    • A problem solving approach and a keen desire to lean new tools and technologies;
    • Excellent organisation and analytical skills, consistently diligent with demonstrative high levels of attention to detail
    • You will often present your ideas to the senior management so excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with senior managers are vital.
