    Whether you’re at university looking for a 12-month placement, or a recent graduate looking for a development opportunity, our 12-month placement programme offers a fantastic opportunity to gain insight into an ever-evolving industry.

    What would my responsibilities be?

    You will have a direct impact on the Innovation and New Product department at Transport for Wales, by supporting key activities, events and training, which aid the delivery of their wider business plan and strategy.

    Are there any essential requirements?

    • To apply for this role, you must be in university applying for a 12-month placement or be within 1-year post-graduation when the placement starts.
    • Working towards or possessing a relevant degree in an area such as Entrepreneurship, Business Management, or a discipline that focusses on Innovation.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office packages such as word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
    • Demonstrates the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
    • Takes ownership of tasks, works independently.

    Welsh language skills

    • We welcome people who can speak or write in Welsh, but it’s not essential for this role.
