    What would you be doing

    You will complete a comprehensive training and induction programme which will get you up to speed with our markets, our software and our clients. Once this is completed, you will be involved in:

    • Acting as a point of contact for assigned clients to ensure they derive the greatest possible value from the use of our software.
    • Providing business critical technical support to our clients, who are high profile financial institutions, utilities and funds.
    • Planning, configuring, installing and rolling out our technology.
    • Ensuring that all requests are carried out in a professional, disciplined, efficient and process-oriented manner.
    • Providing technical consultancy to our clients in areas like product configuration and training.
    • Contributing actively to internal projects and company initiatives, acting as the bridge between the client and Trayport.

    To be successful you will need

    • A 2.1 or higher in an IT related degree (ideally Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Physics, Mathematics or some other technical degree) or similar experience on the job
    • Experience within an IT related role (could be a holiday job, University placement or even a hobby)
    • Experience of working in a customer service environment where you’ve needed to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
    • Excellent problem solving and the ability to show initiative
    • A thirst for learning and willingness to try everything
