We are looking for recent graduates or individuals wanting to make a career change to join our team as Junior Analysts as part of our Consultancy Programme. The Programme will provide you with all the training you need to become a successful Consultant, giving you the opportunity to work on exciting projects with our Banking clients, working from either our Service Delivery Centres or on client sites.

With the launch of our new Service Delivery Centre in our Belfast HQ, it is an incredibly exciting time to join us in this pivotal moment for our company, with our massive growth plans for 2022.

About the role 

The scope and nature of the projects on which you’ll work will vary however, examples of duties/responsibilities include

  • Working on projects for top tier banking clients, developing your skillset through our training programmes along with on-the-job experience to become a Subject Matter Expert within areas of Banking
  • Working either from our Belfast HQ Service Delivery Centre or on client site with optional travel (Belfast, London)
  • Supporting dynamic teams working on a wide range of projects, e.g., Brexit Readiness, Regulatory Change, Client Onboarding or Operational Change
  • Client Outreach – liaising with high profile clients and handling their queries
  • Preparing management information and maintaining project trackers
  • Conducting Compliance and Onboarding checks, including KYC and Anti-Money Laundering
  • Working with legal documentation and negotiating contractual agreements with clients
  • Supporting operational change projects to improve the bank’s processes 

Who are we looking for? 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Strong educational background to degree level
  • Work experience/placement year within the Financial Services industry would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Strong communication skills, confident communicating with management/stakeholders
  • Data Analysis - Able to understand and analyze large amounts of data quickly and efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite desirable, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong interest and willingness to learn in the Financial Services / Banking industry
