    The role

    This role is part of the support and operations function and has the purpose of providing user support to our IT and Business applications relating to our solutions.

    Some of your key responsibilities are to:

    • Monitor our helpdesk software for new support requests.
    • Progress each issue through to conclusion, liaising with colleagues to achieve appropriate solution.
    • Investigate, process and document defects and escalate as appropriate.
    • Be pro-active in highlighting potential escalation risks.
    • Handle escalations, taking ownership of complicated issues and always keep customers updated of progress.
    • Comply with the Company’s information and Security Requirements and all Company Business procedures, policies, and ISO standards.
    • Investigate, document and present to the Head of Technical Operations process improvements that enhance the customer experience.

    The Person

    • Experience with support packages i.e., Salesforce, Freshdesk, MS Dynamics
    • Experience of working with operational management systems
    • Practical experience of SQL
    • Technical research/analysis skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Attention to detail and highly accurate.
    • Strong team player
    • Ability to work under pressure and to multiple deadlines.
    • Excellent organisational skills
