Role Description
We are looking for a talented individual to join our technical team as a Graduate Technical Consultant. The candidate will have a two-week induction during which they will be introduced to the basic technical duties and then assist the Team in carrying out some of our daily/weekly tasks under the supervision and support of your allocated mentor.
You will start with the following responsibilities on our helpdesk:
- Answering Support queries via phone and email
- Troubleshooting via remote access.
- Ticket management.
- Resolution of tickets.
- Excellent communication and time-keeping skills.
- Work towards KPI’s.
- Working independently, as part of a team.
- Occasion overtime required.
- Organising and prioritising tickets.
- Ensuring security standards are always adhered too.
- Complete training allocated to you
Requirements
Skills we are looking for:
- Excellent written/verbal communication and timekeeping;
- knowledge of Microsoft 365;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop.
We offer equal training opportunities to all employees and a minimum of 5 days should be booked throughout the year with the aim to pass the relevant exam.
The successful candidate will work out of our Brighton office for a minimum of 6 months. Dependant on work load a hybrid working schedule could be discussed with you line manager but this is not guaranteed.
