A vacancy has arisen for a recent Graduate to assist as a Data Analyst! You must be truly driven by data to act as the expert user of our web analytics platform to join the global marketing team. It is vital to provide timely and accurate information on user experience that we can feed into our digital channels and optimise the journey that visitors to our website make. The role will also monitor our conversion rates closely and work to improve channel and campaign performance.
The role will make use of Google Analytics across both existing and new digital channels, and the successful candidate will also help deploy advanced tracking solutions to new content areas. You will devise innovative solutions for gathering, manipulating and reporting data, including visualisations that contribute to the interpretation of the outputs.
It is vital that the successful candidate can work with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the business. We are looking for someone who is proactive and highly proficient in implementing change and new processes. This is an expansive role with scope for growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Creation of Power BI reports across all marketing disciplines.
- Transfer of our data analytics from DOMO to Power BI
- Launch campaign heartbeat reports to understand the success of launches and to what degree
- Market target tracking and global communication of performance vs target.
- Email performance marketing dashboards
- Google Analytics management, tagging and user management
- Implement business intelligence programmes with monthly targets and forecasting based from the companies planned marketing activity, seasonality and product launches.
- Campaign tracking through UTM, management of campaign URL’s and continual checking to validate source or traffic down to social post level.
- Paid and organic media channel evaluation to understand ROI and marketing effectiveness.
- User journey analysis to provide key data and insight for new website functionality and areas for improvement.
- Tracking the impact and effect of new website deployments.
- Instrumental in setting the parameters for the personalisation engine, interpreting the personas in Sitecore, and working on next best action content marketing approach.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure the business is tracking all data inputs and an understanding their impact on the overall digital purchase funnel.
- Be proficient in managing AB testing plans and reporting on results of them.
- Integration of SEO metrics to the digital dashboard and reporting against SEO improvement.
