This role is being offered on a 10 month fixed term contract and the closing date for applications will be Wednesday 22nd May.

About the role

  • Managing our social media presence by crafting content for external recruitment-related marketing across our global Talent Acquisition team.
  • Delivering on the global attraction strategy, recommending appropriate attraction channels for TUI needs for now and in the future.
  • Producing and deploying an editorial annual calendar that also incorporates our inclusive hiring approach.
  • Research and recommend recruitment marketing technology including applicant tracking, dedicated marketing, social media and advertisement buying.
  • Using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Glassdoor and Indeed along with measuring performance metrics.
  • Collaboration with the Global Talent Attraction team to deliver global projects such as EVP, Brand Ambassador, Career Website launch, Video recruitment software, etc.
  • Best practice sharing – collaboration with Recruitment Marketing Specialist across your department as well as the wider TA community to develop professional expertise and share best practice.
  • Working closely with internal communications, PR team and Marketing team.

About you

  • Experience in a recruitment marketing/ social media focused role and comfortable with social media platforms.
  • You’re self-motivated, resilient, and brimming with ideas that respect deadlines and shatter expectations.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Curiosity for learning about new global cultures.
  • A natural at engaging audiences, your interpersonal and presentation skills shine in a team setting.
  • Confident in liaising with stakeholders at every level, your communication skills are adaptable and effective.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Great attention to detail, you produce content that’s not only engaging and precise but also perfectly aligned with our brand.
  • Data is your friend, guiding the performance and impact of our social media efforts.
  • Promotion of industry trends and network proactively to enhance your knowledge and connections.
