    About the role

    The purpose of the NPD & Operations Analyst is to secure successful delivery of the NPD portfolio including delivering key NPD projects. In addition the role will support key business processes related to NPD, portfolio innovation and renovation, as well as 3rd Party Manufacturing for winery and packaging customers.

    Some of the Responsibilities of this role include:

    • Support the delivery of NPD projects end to end including all aspects of effective project management to secure successful delivery
    • Provide Supply support for pre-gate 1 ideas including working with NPD, quality, planning & network teams to assist in providing broad insight into practicality and potential obstacles in the product scoping / NPD process
    • NPD operational support e.g. NPD gate reviews & minutes, NPD capacity management etc. Gate 4 input/ review
    • Packaging optimisation opportunities – working across planning & NPD/art to identify and drive continued review of packaging opportunities (ongoing)
    • Reporting and Support for the Planning team including:
      • Key stock management reporting (stranded pallets, inventory turns, planning parameter/weeks cover)
      • Low & out of stock reporting & analysis
      • Exception reporting (production plan stability etc.)

    About you

    We are looking for someone with some experience or exposure to NPD projects and experience in Supply Planning.

    • Strong organisation, communication and relationship skills essential
    • Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, oral, written and problem-solving skills a necessity.
    • Ability to work well in a multi-tasking environment and within constraints of deadlines.
    • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office tools
