- Support daily run the bank activities as well as initiatives and projects within Finance
- Coordinate strategic and operational tasks within Finance
- Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly Finance reports
- Investigate, analyze and improve process set-ups
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders across all business divisions and functions

You’ll be working in the Finance team in Frankfurt. We are a Finance function covering the Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Asset Management Business for UBS Europe SE.
Your Expertise
- University degree in a banking / finance-related discipline
- Proficient language skills in English
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines and develop high quality output with minimal errors
- Experience with Business Intelligence Tools
- Strong MS Office application skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Ability to think "out of the box", which often can be contrary to popular, accepted thinking

Your Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles within Finance and in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you'll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you'll get to know us.
