Your expertise
You need to be graduating in 2024 (i.e., be in your first year of a 3-year degree, or 2nd year of a 4-year degree). It doesn’t matter what you’re studying, or if you don't have any previous experience. (Really, it doesn’t.)
But we’d like to see evidence that you can:
- work in a team
- come up with ideas
- make things happen
- analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
- plan, organize and communicate well
