    This HR Services & Reward Administrator will report to the HR Services Team Leader and will work within the Human Resources directorate based in our Crawley office. You will be a permanent employee.

    Job purpose

    You will carry out the day-to-day HR Services and Reward tasks, ensuring provision quality administration and advice.

    Dimensions

    No direct reports – works in a team of up to 6 members.

    No FAL Level

    Principal accountabilities

    • Perform the daily HR Services and Reward tasks.
    • Ensure that any specific tasks given are managed and completed competently.
    • Contribute in implementing improvements on SAP system, automation and working practices.
    • Ensure Service level agreement and audit targets are complied with.
    • Manage projects that you are allocated.
    • Observing GDPR and all HR Services processes

    Nature and scope

    To include

    • You will perform all daily activities of the team, with responsibility for administration of company benefits, reconciliation of benefits accounts and invoice validation.
    • Work with the Reward Adviser to provide a first-class service and individuals are enrolled into their chosen benefits.
    • Advise and assist employees and managers with queries around company benefits and entitlements.
    • Work to tight deadlines such as payroll close, and team service level agreement.
    • Maintain accuracy and following the team auditing process, contributing to the objective of 1%> inputting errors
    • Ensure that any specific responsibilities you are given are carried out and completed promptly.
    • Partake in regular team meetings and contribute to Team Briefs
    • Build supportive relationships with team members and other wider HR personnel so to facilitate "One HR" initiative.
    • Help with the identification and facilitation of improvements to processes.
    • Help test all new process

    Qualifications

    • Willingness to take responsibility and assume ownership
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and on own initiative
    • Concise and accurate written style, and collaboration skills
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
    • Experience with numerical work, and ability to manipulate spreadsheets and reconcile accounts.
    • Evidence of administration experience preferably HR, Payroll or Finance
    • CIPD Level 3 or willingness to study towards.
