    Are you Inquisitive and Analytical? Do you enjoy finding better ways to do things? We have an Internship opportunity within our SAP Application Management within the Global IT function. You will be focusing on operational excellence and identifying and refining process improvements

    What we are looking for

    • Further develop/enhance the current suite of reports used to steer the SAP Service.
    • Identify/assess the status quo of Operational excellence within the unit and create roadmap for achieving potential “silver” state
    • Support team members in achieving goals in context of OE
    • Support the analysis of processes with the aim of identifying opportunities for improvement
    • Act as initiative lead for improvement projects running within the LoB
    • Support in designing and conducting service reviews for SAP offerings
    • Support the preparation of the team events
    • Contribute to team meetings and team events
    • Prepare presentations and other visuals for workshops to enable effective communication our programmes

    Who we are seeking

    • Students following a course of study in computing, mathematics, engineering, economics or communication complemented with an interest in the Lean / Six Sigma / Operational Excellence, Project Management
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Knowledge of AZURE DevOps, MS PowerBI and MS Excel advantageous
    • Proficiency in English Language
