    About the role

    The Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences is seeking a Moving Image Technical Officer to join our Faculty Technical Team. This post will provide specialist technical support to the faculty’s film, television and photography resources.

    The Moving Image Technical Officer is responsible for providing technical assistance to students with production equipment, postproduction processes and health and safety. This includes running specialist skills sessions for students in these areas.

    You’ll hold a first degree, or a relevant professional qualification in a creative industries related field (or equivalent professional experience) and will be experienced in providing technical support to art and design education or industry.
