About the role
We currently have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Officer to join our team. The role is a blend of in-house agency account executive and a more traditional marketing role. Working closely with Heads of School and Course Leaders, you’ll help the University achieve its student recruitment targets for undergraduate, postgraduate, professional and short courses, worldwide.
You will be responsible for subject-led marketing activities, working with the Digital Team to run advertising campaigns, writing content plans and working with the design team to brief in creative assets. You’ll develop marketing campaigns, produce copy, marketing materials and send promotional e-communications to prospective enquiries.
Working in marketing means getting involved. No two days are ever the same, as we aim to find new and exciting ways to deliver engaging messages to our audiences. We’re looking for someone with a passion for marketing, enthusiasm, creativity and dedicated work ethic.
Computer literacy is essential, as is a flexible approach to work, excellent copywriting skills, strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
