Univar Solutions are looking for a talented, driven individual to join us as a Graduate Assistant Accountant and complete a professional accountancy qualification.
We are particularly looking for French or Italian speakers, however, we are also interested in Dutch, Spanish, German, Flemish and Swedish speakers. Having a second language would be advantageous. No previous finance experience is required, however along with your language skills, you will have great people skills, be an analytical thinker and be able to tackle new and challenging problems.
About the role

This role would join our diverse European Finance Centre based in Bradford, UK, which is responsible for the financial accounting for several European countries. The successful candidate will have an exciting and challenging opportunity to gain invaluable experience in finance, while being able to use and develop their existing language skills.
You would be working towards the position of Financial Accountant within our Financial Accounting team. Through this scheme, the successful applicant will rotate around different teams to gain an exposure to a broad range of finance areas including accounts payable, cash allocation, credit control and controllership.
As well as on the job learning, the successful candidate will also receive full support for their development and complete a professional accountancy qualification (CIMA or ACCA) as part of a modern apprenticeship.
