    The A Side: A Day in The Life

    The primary focus for this position is to support the team to deliver projects for key clients. The Brand Partnerships Account Intern is supremely organised, always one step ahead, solution driven and passionate about the work that goes in to creating ground-breaking campaigns for client partners. They take a flexible approach to their work; not flustered by last minute tasks and deadlines. They pre-empt scenarios and the needs of the team and pride themselves in their attention detail.

    The B Side: Skills & Experience

    Be an Organised Centre of Excellence

    • Anticipate, understand and respond to the needs of internal and external clients to meet and exceed their expectations within the organisational parameters
    • Ensure delivery of all tasks in a timely manner
    • Perform general administration tasks as briefed to a high standard
    • Supporting account management team on campaign development and execution

    • For “being on the ball” and being dependable to help solve any challenges in a positive and strategic manner, both with internal and external teams

    Be Commercial

    • Use your organisational skills, and business acumen, to create documents and presentations to a high standard to help our clients and partners best understand the solution UMG for Brands is delivering

    • Work with UMG’s wider team of experts (Technology, Commercial Affairs, Digital Planning, Insight, Business Affairs, Media and Marketing…) to proactively find solutions to client challenges and opportunities

    Be Collaborative

    • Support the Senior Director in their day-to-day duties
    • Support the team with any additional admin support as and when required
    • Internal and external client management on a day to day basis

    Person Specification

    Necessary

    • Strong passion for music and music culture
    • Revel in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong multi-tasker and detail obsessed
    • Strong communication skills – articulate in both written and verbal communications
    • Confident in taking own initiative
    • Great relationship building skills and the ability to network at all levels
    • The ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines
    • Energetic and enthusiastic with a team spirit
    • Proficient in MS Office; with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure

    Desirable

    • Second language (French particularly useful)
