    The A side: A day in the life

    Polydor are looking for a Streaming Coordinator to join and support the current team across the ever-changing music streaming landscape. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate, highly motivated, communicative, enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail and an interest in the analytical side of music promotion.

    With streaming being the backbone of how people discover music right now, we are looking for someone who is fanatical about music & eager to learn what it takes to break songs & artists around the world.

    The B side: skills & experience

    • Polydor Label Group release schedule management
    • Managing the pitching process for new music
    • Managing Artist profiles across DSPs including updating artist imagery, adding new music to complete playlists & more
    • Optimising releases on Soundcloud, YouTube & beatport
    • Working alongside our Audience Media Division, to source stats, insight and analysis across our new releases.
    • DSP asset management including Spotify canvases, Apple motion art, Amazon Alexa liners, Biogs and Galleries.
    • Sharing all new artist images with editors at the streaming platforms
    • Assisting the Streaming team by constantly analysing playlist eco-systems on digital business partners and helping to provide the label with regular updates on developments
    • Data analysis and monitoring trends
    • Experience working to tight deadlines and fast-pace, ever-evolving environments
    • Experience using and any or all major streaming platforms.
    • Managing concert tickets requests with partners
    • Sharing New Music playlist adds and trending reports with the label
    • Organising meetings and calls for the Streaming team
    • Organising artist visits
    • Operational / process driven
    • Creating team presentation for external partner meetings
