    The role

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident e-learning technology enthusiast to support and enhance the digital learning experience of students at University College Birmingham.

    As a member of the DICE e Learning team, you will take a proactive role to ensure that the virtual learning environment (Canvas) and associated e-learning technologies are promoted and supported across the university. This will include working closely with academic departments and demonstrating a high level of customer service to ensure that staff and student queries are resolved swiftly and efficiently.

    About you

    • A good knowledge of technology-enhanced learning.
    • Experience of a VLE environment (e.g. Canvas or similar).
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • The ability to work to tight deadlines.
    • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
    • An understanding of the importance of the student experience.

    This role is based mainly onsite, with some opportunities for hybrid working. So if you are looking to join a growing team and develop your skills in e-Learning this is the role for you!
