To carry out an audit of all existing office furniture and sets up throughout all ECA office spaces, and documenting this in an asset register. Assist the ECA Estates Team with capacity checks against workplace regulations, fire safety etc. in support of a Capital Project Development. Update and maintain the ECA Estates Team’s Space Database and assist the ECA Estates Team in the organisational process for office furniture in preparation for our Campus redevelopment project.
Your skill and attributes for success
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
- Good spatial awareness
- Good knowledge of MS office, especially excel
