    The post-holder will join the Lyons group, whose aim is to understand mechanisms of myelinated axon formation, health and function. The purpose of this position is to provide lab-based and zebrafish stock management support to the Lyons group at the University of Edinburgh.

    This post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

    The salary for this post is £28,879 - £33,232 per annum.

    Your skills and attributes for success

    • A BSc honours degree in a relevant biological science-related subject
    • relevant wet-lab experience
    • Knowledge of fundamentals of neuroscience, cell biology, gene targeting
