    Please note, this role is only open to students.

    The RA will contribute to the delivery of the project, and their main roles include data collection (online EDI documents and interviews), data analysis, project management (planning and organising), and to support the drafting of the project report.

    This is a Guaranteed Hours post that combines a mix of remote and on-campus working.

    Your skills and attributes for success

    • Familiarity with and interest in equality, diversity and inclusion.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of discourses and practices related to equality, diversity and inclusion.
    • Ability to manage and analyse qualitative data using Nvivo.
    • Experience with developing and using qualitative research methods.
    • Experience with designing, conducting, and reporting project findings.
