    This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

    The Role

    Are you a current University of Leeds undergraduate student with an interest in a career in digital marketing and communications? Do you have creative flair and an innovative approach? Would you like to gain lots of valuable experience working in a fast-paced, hard-working but fun marketing and communications environment?

    We are looking for a student intern to join our busy Marketing and Communications Team for 12 months from July 2023. The Facilities Directorate is responsible for the multi-million-pound development of the campus as well as managing the University’s commercial services such as our cafés and state-of-the-art sports facilities.

    Working with the digital team you will help produce innovative and creative digital campaigns that will make a difference to how students and staff engage with the services on campus. You’ll have a real hands-on role, working on all aspects of digital marketing from; generating content to post-production, giving you a real opportunity to make decisions and take ownership of projects.

    You will have the chance to develop new skills, conduct market research and create your own digital content for our various digital channels. Supporting marketing teams across Leeds Sport, Residential Services, Catering, Campus Developments and Sustainability, you’ll be tasked with bringing to light the behind-the-scenes services that make the University of Leeds tick.
