The goal of this project is to improve the real world experiences and so quality of life for such people by bringing together health and care partners from across Leeds to tackle long-term illness in the most deprived areas of the city. This will help tailor better care and support for individuals and their carers, design more joined-up and sustainable services and make better use of public resources.
The Research Assistant will take an active role in preparation, delivery and reporting of the pilot project. This will include remaining up to date with relevant literature, application of socio-technical systems methods and tools, data analysis and report-writing and engagement with stakeholders to inform the development and delivery of the pilot and its results.
