    Responsibilities:

    • Review all cash transactions and payments prior to authorization
    • Set the cash pool position and ensure necessary payments are input
    • Maintain the cash pooling structure, target balances and pooling limits
    • Manage the pooling intercompany loan interest calculation on a monthly basis
    • Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
    • Maintaining and updating In-House Bank (IHB) procedure documentation
    • Preparation and distribution of daily and weekly reports for upper management
    • Review and analysis of cashflows
    • Cashpool forecast preparation and distribution
    • Prepare and execute intercompany settlements for multiples regions
    • Review and execute treasury finance related payments
    • Continual review of process improvements and enhancements
    • Completion of ad hoc projects

    Critical Performance Indicators:

    • Execute pooling runs and ensure all payments are processed by banks within currency cut off times
    • Conduct pooling effectiveness/variance analysis and take relevant actions to optimize cash pooling and reduce in-country cash balances in excess of working capital requirements

    Knowledge & Experience:

    • Holds a degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance
    • Strong mathematical, time management and organization skills
    • Adaptable to different software’s and systems and strong working knowledge of MS Excel

    • Strong financial, analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Effective communication, organization, interpersonal and problem solving skills
    • Ability to multitask between various projects, daily tasks and ad hoc requests
