Job Description
The Human Resources team delivers world-class human resources services to employees throughout their life cycle with U.S. Bank. Through recruiting, onboarding, training, development, benefits, compensation and the myriad of engagements employees have with the company, the Human Resources team strives to make U.S. Bank a great place to work.
You will be based in London Citypoint and will join the HR team to help deliver our People strategy that enables are business to be successful. Our 2-year graduate program (undergraduate) will give you the opportunity to learn key aspects of Human Resources, completing three rotations of 8 months.

- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a target completion date of May 2023
- Ability to start graduate program on Sept 4, 2023

- Achieving min 2.1 Bachelor's degree
- Willing to study for CIPD qualification (funded by HR)
