    What you will be doing

    As a trusted part of the Pensions Operations team you will be responsible for:

    • Working with our team who will be speaking with our institutions, members and third parties as routine queries arise
    • The team complete automated and manual processes and calculations
    • Working closely with other team members
    • Involvement in team projects and improving the way we work.
    • Manage own workload aligned to team targets and SLAs.
    • Escalate any non-routine or complex queries to a Senior or Manager as they arise.

    To be successful in the role you will have:

    • Good attention to detail
    • GCSE Maths and English
