    Vanguard Europe’s direct-to-consumer business is at an exciting point in its growth trajectory. The direct-to-consumer Finance Business Partnering team supports this business on all key strategic questions, providing insights and analytics to support commercial success. As an Analyst in this team you will have the opportunity to build a core FP&A skillset (reporting, planning and business case development), and support the business on high-impact strategic questions.

    In this role, you will:

    • Prepare monthly reporting for the business unit, including variance analysis and tracking of key metrics, working with accounting teams to ensure accuracy (the role involves collaboration with accounting teams, but does not involve any accruals/accounting).
    • Maintain the business case, updating for actuals and changes in business strategy. Proactively identifies opportunities to improve functionality and accuracy of the business case and supporting files.
    • Perform modelling and analysis to support decision-making, working with the business to gather insights and context. 
    • Support preparation for and execution of annual, quarterly and long-term planning cycles, working with the broader FP&A team and the business to understand requirements and performing system loads.
    • Build and maintains relationships with Internationally based Finance teams and business stakeholders.  
    • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

    • Strong excel modelling skills, comfortable with manipulating large data sets
    • Keen interest in identifying and driving improvements to processes and models
