Could you deliver a complete compliance check service as a Graduate Compliance Officer

Do you have the skills and attitude to join Now Education – a leading education recruitment agency that delivers an outstanding service to schools and the education professionals who work as part of our supply team?

Could you be responsible for completing and updating compliance checks for candidates – making sure our processes meet the highest standards, in line with both legal and school requirements?

If the answer is “yes”, a rewarding role as Graduate Compliance Officer awaits you, offering full training and an ongoing career path, based in Columbus Walk, Cardiff.

    Your Role Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you’ll build relationships with a diverse range of candidates to support them through our registration process and into their first placement – completing all safeguarding and compliance background checks for every new candidate, in accordance with the REC and other legislative bodies.

Those checks will include ID & Right to Work, Employment and Education references, Qualifications, DBS and EWC – using a database to ensure all candidate records are updated and accurately maintained.

It’s a role that will see you use job boards and CV searches to find new suitable candidates, undertake pre-registration screenings from CV’s, help with compliance queries and audits – creating accurate weekly and monthly reports that will be a central part of the service we provide to all schools and candidates.

Full Training Building on Your Current Skills

If you have excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills, with good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise urgent tasks working to strict timescales, this is the place for your team spirit, self-motivation and positive attitude – enjoying full training across compliance checks and audits, the role of compliance in the candidate recruitment process, the importance of safeguarding in education and how effective compliance supports the growth of the business.
