    Remote, flexible working is our superpower.  The team works across the UK and Europe.  We kick the day off with the warm up session, the team meets twice a week and you will have a 1:1 each week.  The full team gets together in person every 6 months.  Read more about what it’s like to work with us (link to be inserted).

    About the role

    Do you want to support our clients to harness the benefits of innovation? 

    Working with the Founder and associates you will be the person on the ground, helping to deliver our client projects. 

    You will lead on administration and support for the projects.  You will build skills in project management, solution development, consulting and sales. 

    As an ambassador for the business you will be meticulous in your attention to detail.  You will be comfortable working with a wide variety of people and you will be able to find a way through complex and complicated scenarios to identify the solutions that will work today. 

    Understanding of the adoption of innovation and the health sector would be an advantage.

    • Knowledge of innovation adoption 
    • Understanding of the NHS 
    • Understanding of the health tech industry 

     

    Special conditions

    You will be with clients in the Cardiff Capital Region three days a week. 

    As part of a remote flexible team we will support you to find the ways of working that suit you best.   

    You will be supported to find a suitable work location and a budget will be provided for this. 

    The team operates on core hours of 9.30-3.00 Monday – Thursday and wherever possible our internal meetings take place during these hours.
